Consultation

We have consultants available to visit your home to evaluate your proposed entertainment area and to make recommendations on home entertainment products and/or custom installation solutions. Call or visit us to setup your in-home consultation. We will work with you to come up with a date and time that works with your busy schedule. We want your input so that we can come up with a custom installation that fits your needs, lifestyle and budget.

System Design & Engineering

After we’ve met with you, we will go to work designing technology systems for your home or business that address your needs and do so within budget. During this step, we create a comprehensive design that includes a scope of work, detailed proposal, rough-in plan, and other schematics needed. Through this process, we are often collaborating with your builder and other trades to ensure the design incorporates the latest information and to give the other trades anything they require to complete their work as well.

Project Management

When implementing technology in a home or business there are a lot of moving parts as we coordinate multiple subsystems and roll them into one whole-home or business system that is easy to use. This includes collaborating with your build team, scheduling the phases of your installation appropriately, being flexible and agile when the conditions at the job site changes, and ensuring our technical team has everything they need. This is the role of our project management team—get it done on time and on budget.

Installation

Putting all the parts and pieces together for smart technology and integrated systems need to be executed with skill, precision, and some finesse. As much as we value our manufacturer partners, different products and brands have nuances that require special know-how and experience to optimize installation and access all the needed functionality. Our trained technicians receive ongoing education and stay up to date on the latest standards and best practices. We take pride in executing your system design with quality craftsmanship so it functions as desired and is reliable.

Programming

Programming all of your technology to work together takes years of training and experience to master. Getting all of the products to talk to each other is only the beginning—the real artistry is in creating an interface that is easy to use and logic to make it all work together to meet your needs. Our programmers work closely with our design and sales team to ensure that your system will function the way you want it and be intuitive for daily users or people just visiting.
